It was a landmark birthday for Father David on the 25th April, and he celebrated in style at a surprise breakfast party at the Cafebistro at Hutton Cranswick Garden Centre.
Here, Father was presented with the first of at least two lovely birthday cakes with the second making an appearance at yet another celebration after Mass on the following Sunday. He was also inundated with a mountain of presents, including a beautiful photo album commemorating special life events; mugs hand-designed by children of the parish; a jigsaw puzzle made from a photograph taken of parishioners at the opening of the new church access ramp and many more too numerous to mention.
